How we store your personal information 

Your personal details and coaching information is securely stored electronically using encryption and password protection.


Our company website is hosted on the platform. Any data you submit through the website may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure services behind a firewall.’s privacy policy can be found here


Since we do not control those websites/services, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party sites. Any information that is supplied on these sites will not be within our control and we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of these.


Personal Information Retention Period

We keep all personal information for 7 years, which is the recommended time period recommended by the Association for Coaching. We will then dispose your information by shredding paper documentation and permanently deleting any electronic information so that it cannot be recovered.
